National Transformation Fund Donation Option: A minimum non-refundable contribution to the NTF of USD 235,000 for individual applicants or a family of four.
Real Estate Option: A purchase of at least USD 270,000 in a government-approved real estate project with an additional minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000, for a single applicant or a family of up to 4. The real estate asset must be held for 5 years before it can be resold to another citizenship-by-investment applicant, otherwise it can be resold at any time after purchase.

Once an application is submitted, the government typically provides a response within 90 days. Passports for successful applicants will be issued within 10 business days.
